Opportunities for Seniors

Our Seniors keep busy with educational and social activites all year long. All of the planning is coordinated by SAGE suported by our Outreach Coordinator.

SAGE meets monthly. The next meeting will be held on Thursday June 7 at 1 PM in the 4th Grade Classroom above the church office. The July SAGE meeting will be a picnic at Two Lights State Park. Bring your lunch and join us in the park at noon on Thursday July 5. Rain will return us to the church for our SAGE meeting.

Thursday, June 7- SAGE meeting at 1:00.

Thursday, June 21- Meet at the church at 10:30 AM and go to the Casco Bay Lines to get aboard a ferry to the island. Have lunch, stroll and maybe a tour. We will return on the 2:45 ferry. Please RSVP by June 15.

Saturday, June 23- Call if you are interested in attending a 7:00PM Casco Bay Concert Band performance at Old Orchard beach. We will car pool from the church.

Friday, June 29- We’ll see “Thoroughly Modern Millie” at Maine State Music Theatre, leaving the church for Brunswick at 12:30. Tickets are $35. RSVP by June 15.

Thursday, July 5- At noon, we will meet at Two Lights State Park for a picnic and SAGE meeting. If it rains bring your lunch to church for the Meeting.

Thursday, July 12- We’ll leave the church at 1:00 and travel to Ogunquit to see “Crazy For You”. Tickets are $28 and reservations need to be made by June 29.

Thursday, July 19- A garden tour and lunch will be at the Inn By the Sea in Cape Elizabeth.

Thursday, July 26- Join us for a ferry ride to Bailey Island and Cook’s Lobster House. Meet at the church at 9:15 and we’ll be back around 4:00.
